Not
everyone is going to fit into our organization. But we
certainly give everybody an opportunity to get involved.
Before we accept your application we will interview you at
length. You must be bondable. Good physical fitness for your
age group is recommended.
Most importantly, you will be asked to spend two days with us
working in the field. On these days we assess your physical
skills, general demeanor and work attitudes. It is important
to us that you have the right customer service attitude.
On approval, you will be required to sign a contract which has
specific terms in relation to how you must represent Jim's
Mowing. This contract has pre-defined conditions as to how
your business must be run and terms for selling your
Franchise.
Financing your purchase is entirely your
responsibility. Jim's Mowing can provide you with
recommendations should you wish to lease your equipment
package.
