Your Territory

Jim's Mowing has an innovative territory system, designed to reduce your traveling time and give your customers the service for which our lawn mowing service is renowned. New clients are generated by advertising and marketing campaigns. As calls are received in the regional office, leads from clients in your territory are paged to you. You have first right of refusal; if you are too busy to take the work, the job will be paged to a Franchisee who owns a nearby territory. This means you can control the amount of work you want to handle and new customers are always satisfied with a quick response to their needs.

Franchisees are not permitted to market in each other's territory, but are free to accept work offered to them in any territory. This usually occurs when a client in your own territory recommends you to someone living in another territory. When this occurs, Franchisees often swap with or sell these clients to other Franchisees to save the traveling time and keep their business efficient. Work arising from areas not allocated to any Franchisee will be distributed first to those requesting work from that area, with priority given to those qualifying for the Work Availability Guarantee. If a new Franchise opens up near yours, any clients you have established in their territory remain with you unless you wish to sell them.
